I love these Hard Knocks-type videos because we fans truly learn a lot about the personalities of the team we cheer for.

What I learned from this one:

1. The videos produced by Cal Athletics have gotten a lot better.
2. This coaching staff has a ton of personality.
3. Chris McCain is definitely from the country.
